We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, the same day. Sometimes, when we do not have the quantity you’ve ordered in stock, we will have to order these products from our suppliers. On our product pages, you will see the dispatch time based on your quantity selection.

We are thrilled to announce that we are shipping globally once again! To ensure a much more reliable experience, we’ve completely overhauled our international shipping system to give you more choices and total transparency.
Live Carrier Choices: We now offer dynamic, live rates at checkout from multiple trusted couriers (such as UPS, DPD, DHL, and FedEx). You can choose the exact service that best balances speed and cost for your specific needs.
VAT & Customs Made Transparent: When you shop from outside the UK, our site automatically strips the 20% UK VAT from all prices, meaning you only pay for the pure cost of the goods.
When you reach checkout, you now have full control over how your local import taxes are handled:
- Pay on Arrival (Recommended): You pay for shipping at checkout, and your local customs authority or courier will contact you to collect any applicable VAT and local duties before final delivery. We highly recommend this option, as it helps you avoid expensive administrative “brokerage fees” charged by couriers.
- Pre-Paid (Taxes Included): You can choose to pre-pay all customs duties and taxes upfront at checkout so your parcel arrives without any further steps. Please note that couriers often charge a high “Brokerage Fee” for handling this service on your behalf, which we explicitly break down for you at checkout so there are no surprises.

Important Notice Regarding Deliveries
Please be aware that once your order leaves our facility, the transit and delivery are managed entirely by the courier network. Because you select your preferred carrier at checkout, we act strictly as a booking agent on your behalf to arrange the transport.
Consequently, our formal responsibility for the parcel ends at the point of dispatch. We do not accept liability for lost packages, transit delays, or customs holds, as these operations sit entirely with the delivery company. Full tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch; for any updates, claims, or delivery adjustments, please contact the courier directly as the contract for carriage is held with them.

Due to President Trump’s latest well thought out announcement regarding international trading, we have decided to pause all deliveries going to the United States of America.

Below are some examples of how import duties and VAT may apply in different countries:
- Republic of Ireland – Orders from the UK to Ireland may be subject to Irish VAT (typically 23%) and customs duties if the order value exceeds €150. The courier will notify you of any charges before delivery.
- Spain – Shipments to Spain may incur VAT (usually 21%) and customs handling fees. If the order value exceeds €150, additional import duties may apply.
- Norway – Orders sent to Norway are subject to Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) and potential customs duties, depending on the product type. The recipient must pay these fees before the parcel is released for delivery.
