We prioritise sustainability in our packing materials. All of our boxes and postal wraps are made from recycled materials. To protect your goods, we sometimes use packing peanuts (also known as void fill), which are 100% recyclable. Since these peanuts can resemble polystyrene, we include a note with instructions on the best ways to dispose of or reuse them. Rest assured, we take every possible measure to ensure we act responsibly and minimise our environmental impact.

Yes. We're very strict on this. We work very closely with our manufacturers to ensure the products we supply are at least FSC accredited.

This is a question we get asked a lot! The answer is "Yes we can, but there is a high minimum order quantity". It is possible to have a bespoke envelope made, but you would be looking in the thousands to make it cost effective. There is a lot of work into making bespoke envelopes. However, if you are looking to order in this quantity, please do reach out to us. We have a network of fantastic experts who will definitely be able to help.

Yes, we do offer a completely free sample service. You can select up to six products from our range to see in person, free of charge, including shipping. We send our sample requests via 2nd class post, so please allow 2-4 days for delivery. You can choose to upgrade your shipping during checkout if you need the samples sooner. Please note that we have a strict fair usage policy, and any misuse of our sample service may result in exclusion. All of our orders are typically sent with The Envelope People branding - this may include information about the company, gifts, treats and promotional offers relevant to seasonal events. However, we do offer the option for customers to request plain-cover shipping. During the checkout process, you will find a checkbox in the delivery address entry fields labeled "Send plain cover?" Selecting this option means your parcel will be sent without any reference to The Envelope People. We will modify the shipping labels, omit any promotional materials, and the tracking information will be sent from 'Trade and Retail Suppliers' instead of 'The Envelope People'.

We are proud to offer our products at competitive rates because we believe in providing high-quality items at affordable prices. As we're part of the Nesuna Group, we share warehouse and operational costs with other companies within the group. This enables us to keep our expenses low and pass on the savings to our customers, ensuring you receive exceptional value without compromising on quality.

The delivery time frame depends on the delivery option chosen at checkout. Our standard delivery typically takes 2-3 days and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. For expedited delivery upgrades are available. You may select 1st class post (via Royal Mail), which offers next-day service 95% of the time. Additionally, we provide DPD next business day, and DPD timed deliveries (Pre-12pm and Pre-10:30am). On Fridays, DPD Saturday and Sunday delivery options are also available. The costs for these upgrades are displayed in the basket and at checkout.

By entering the dimensions of your card, the tool will suggest the best fitting envelope for your needs. We strive to keep all our product ranges available for online purchase, even if they are currently being manufactured or replenished. Some products may show a 1-2 day dispatch time, which indicates that they are expected in our warehouse within this time frame. These orders will be dispatched as soon as the stock is available.

For products with a 2-3 week lead time, this indicates that they have recently been added to the manufacturing queue and will be ready within that timeframe. This information is clearly indicated on the product pages and during checkout. Once the products are ready, your entire order will be dispatched using the selected shipping method.
