How long does delivery take once dispatched?
The delivery time frame depends on the delivery option chosen at checkout. Our standard delivery typically takes 2-3 days and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. For expedited delivery upgrades are available. You may select 1st class post (via Royal Mail), which offers next-day service 95% of the time. Additionally, we provide DPD next business day, and DPD timed deliveries (Pre-12pm and Pre-10:30am). On Fridays, DPD Saturday and Sunday delivery options are also available. The costs for these upgrades are displayed in the basket and at checkout.

What envelope size do I need for an A4 sheet?
A4 paper fits into a C4 envelope without folding, or a DL envelope when folded into thirds.
What is the difference between DL, C5, and C6 envelopes?
DL fits a folded A4 sheet, C5 fits an A5 sheet or folded A4, and C6 fits a folded A5 sheet.
What is the most common envelope size in the UK?
DL (110mm x 220mm) is the most popular for business letters and correspondence.
Why does the dispatch time differ per product?
We strive to keep all our product ranges available for online purchase, even if they are currently being manufactured or replenished. Some products may show a 1-2 day dispatch time, which indicates that they are expected in our warehouse within this time frame. These orders will be dispatched as soon as the stock is available.
For products with a 2-3 week lead time, this indicates that they have recently been added to the manufacturing queue and will be ready within that timeframe. This information is clearly indicated on the product pages and during checkout. Once the products are ready, your entire order will be dispatched using the selected shipping method.
