Refer a Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all existing customers (“Referrers”) of The Envelope People. To participate, Referrers must be in good standing with active accounts.

2. Referral Reward: Referrers are eligible to receive a £5 credit for each new customer (“Referred Friend”) they refer who makes a qualifying first purchase on our website. The credit is non-transferable and may only be used for purchases with The Envelope People.

3. Qualifying Purchase: A qualifying purchase refers to a transaction made by the Referred Friend that meets the minimum amount specified by The Envelope People, excluding any returns or cancellations.

4. Credit Redemption: Credits earned through this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment and must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused credits will expire after this period. This credit will not be available for redemption against any shipping charges. If the total product order value is less than the credit amount (£5), then the remaining balance will be lost.

5. Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to the number of Referred Friends a Referrer can introduce. However, credits are awarded per Referred Friend who makes a qualifying purchase.

6. Referral Method: Referrers must use the official referral mechanism provided by The Envelope People (e.g., a referral link, code, or other means specified) to introduce friends. Referrals made through other channels will not qualify for the promotion.

7. Referred Friend Benefit: Each Referred Friend who makes a qualifying purchase using the Referrer’s unique code will also receive a £5 credit towards their next purchase

8. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are prohibited and will result in disqualification from the promotion: (a) self-referral, (b) referring fictitious individuals, (c) using spam or sending unsolicited emails, and (d) any other activity that may be considered fraudulent or unethical.

9. Termination and Changes: The Envelope People reserves the right to terminate the promotion or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, or application of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by The Envelope People at its sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability: The Envelope People shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with the Referral Program, except where such exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
